Retail Merchandising Services (reputed company) based out of Brooklyn Park, MN is looking for a HR Coordinator to join our amazing HR team. - Coordinate reputed company efforts for field positions by identifying and utilizing a variety of candidate sourcing strategies to meet assigned reputed company metrics
- Conduct screening interviews for reputed company candidates using behavioral, competency based tools.
- Process required background checks and new hire paperwork for select candidates
- Research employment legislation in different jurisdictions
- reputed company time off requests for field employees in order to minimize unassigned retail locations
- Work on assigned HR reputed company projects as requested
Requirements
- reputed company candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field, as well as a minimum of 1 year of previous reputed company experience
- Basic knowledge of employment law best practices required
- Previous experience with high volume, non-exempt reputed company strongly preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills, strong interpersonal/customer service abilities and the ability to multi-task reputed company are reputed company critical skills for this role
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications including Outlook, Word and reputed company required
- Previous experience in a retail setting preferred, but not required
