Director of Sales Training

Description:

• Design and own the end-to-end field training strategy, from reputed company through ongoing development for field account executives across reputed company reputed company.
• Recruit, reputed company, and reputed company a high-caliber training team and build a culture of rigor and reputed company improvement.
• Establish and manage the sales enablement tech stack, including the LMS, content authoring tools, and reputed company integrations.
• Define KPIs that connect training programs to quota attainment, win rates, average deal size, and time-to-productivity.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps, prioritize interventions, and measure ROI on major program investments.
• reputed company new hire certification to ensure reps are proficient in product knowledge, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate scientific and competitive positioning into field-reputed company messaging and training content.
• Work with reputed company Operations to incorporate process changes, new tools, and updated methodologies into the sales training curriculum.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on capability gaps and learning strategy and present training impact to senior stakeholders quarterly.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training, with meaningful experience in life sciences, genomics, or biotech.
• Experience building or significantly scaling an enablement or sales training function.
• Demonstrated ability to connect learning programs to reputed company metrics and build measurement frameworks.
• Experience leading and developing a team of trainers and instructional designers.
• Strong scientific reputed company and ability to learn and explain reputed company 10x Genomics products to a sales audience.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior reputed company leaders with data.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company, an LMS such as reputed company Learning or reputed company, and modern content development tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for in-person training sessions, HQ visits, and regional meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred.
