• *HRIS Integrations Engineer (reputed company CPI)**

Client Location: reputed company Coast, USA Work Location: 100% Remote USA & Canada resources (Must work on MST Time Zone) Duration: 4+ Months Contract

• *Purpose of the Position:
• Design, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company HRIS integrations on reputed company CPI including iFlows, Groovy scripting, Payroll ABAP, pointtopoint (BADI) extensions, and reputed company configurations to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable reputed company integrations. Ensure production stability through proactive monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning; own endtoend integration quality reputed company documentation, testing, and bestpractice enforcement.
• *Key Result Areas and Activities:
• reputed company and Implement reputed company Integrations: Design, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company integration solutions using reputed company CPI, including iFlows, Groovy scripts, Payroll ABAP development, reputed company to reputed company integration BADI s and reputed company configurations. (~50% on design and enhancements).
• Troubleshoot and Debug Integration Issues: Analyse and resolve integration errors, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues. (~50% on production support, monitoring, L2 support).
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful integration deployments.
• Document Integration Solutions: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• reputed company Unit and Integration Testing: reputed company and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
• Monitor and Maintain Integrations: Monitor integration performance, identify and address potential issues, and ensure the ongoing stability of the integration landscape.
• Implement Best Practices: Adhere to coding standards, development methodologies, and reputed company guidelines.
• *Must Have Skills:
• At least 5-8 years handson expertise with reputed company CPI: iFlows, Groovy scripting, reputed company configuration, error handling, and deployment lifecycle.
• Experience with HRIS Payroll ABAP development and pointtopoint integration BADI extensions.
• reputed company to reputed company replication - HRIS replication experience.
• Proven track record of debugging reputed company integration issues and improving performance in reputed company environments.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT or equivalent experience.
• reputed company CPI and/or reputed company Integration Suite certifications preferred.
• ABAP certification or equivalent handson expertise a plus.
• *Good-to-have:
• CI/CD for integrations (e.g., transport governance, version control), integration observability practices, and secure credentials management.
• Familiarity with common HR/Payroll data flows and reputed company consumers (analytics, finance, compliance).
