HRIS Analyst (Plano, TX)

About the position The Analyst, HRIS will reputed company support, research, analysis, and maintenance of reputed company People systems, including reputed company reputed company Capital Management (HCM) reputed company modules and Achievers (Employee Recognition system) as well as other reputed company systems that integrate with these systems. He/ She will interact with reputed company reputed company of the reputed company to include but not limited to other People and cross functional departments and teams to implement, support, and maintain People systems data. This role will also serve as one of the primary contacts for scheduled reports, data auditing, reputed company requests and projects and overall support reputed company to People systems data. This position is primarily remote; however, candidates must be reputed company to work from the Plano office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team experience.
• Manages People Group and Vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with HRIS team to support workload, ensuring high impact and high reputed company issues are handled in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot customer and system issues including error messages, log-in difficulties, reputed company denials, data issues, and process in HR Systems.
• Troubleshoot system errors, both back-end and reputed company-end. (Comprising at least 30% of daily job tasks.)
• Administer and support other systems managed by HRIS team. This will include supporting internal client requests, systems release and updates and working with vendors as needed on support and update tasks.
• Ability to review new project requests and gather requirements
• Assist with ticketing system and completion of requests with proper follow up.

• Must demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, reputed company attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain data reputed company in reputed company People systems by writing and running reports, analyzing data, set-up/loading EIBs and processing appropriate changes.
• Review and manage reputed company system data change requests through the reputed company HR mailbox and process corrections reputed company the HCM system.

• Maintain and support reputed company reputed company-wide account reputed company, organizational structures, business processes, tasks, notifications, system enhancements and reputed company data entry support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business curriculum required; reputed company, Data Analytics, or MIS is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in reputed company operations and/or program or project management
• 1-2 years in reputed company configuration experience in one or more modules, Core HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits

• Curiosity, learning reputed company, analytical and system design skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively both reputed company the People Group and across the reputed company with various stakeholders.
• Experience in using analytics and tools that evaluate workforce metrics
