• *Senior HRIS Administrator (reputed company)**

to be a critical technical resource reputed company reputed company's reputed company Business Systems team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Systems. This role provides expert-level support and advanced configuration across reputed company's reputed company HCM ecosystem, working collaboratively with the Senior Manager and reputed company Architect to deliver escalated support, functional configurations, and integration development. You will serve as a trusted technical partner to business owners and HR stakeholders, contributing your expertise to ensure our reputed company environment is functionally sound, optimally configured, and reputed company with the team's strategic roadmap.

• *Responsibilities
• *Support & Functional Expertise
• Application Support: Support across reputed company reputed company modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Payroll, Talent). You will diagnose root causes, resolve configuration conflicts, and reputed company expert guidance to both end users and internal support teams.
• Proactive Issue Prevention: Identify systemic patterns in support tickets and collaborate with the team to translate them into configuration improvements, documentation enhancements, or training opportunities.
