You will be the driving force behind our clinical roadmap, responsible AI guardrails, and end-to-end execution. Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent with 10+ years of clinical practice - ideally across provider and payer environments.
• Strong background in utilization management, care coordination, documentation, and health system workflows.
• Proven reputed company launching digital health, health-IT, or AI-driven solutions in reputed company settings.
• Demonstrated leadership in change management - from stakeholder alignment to behavior change and adoption.
• Deep familiarity with responsible AI practices, clinical QA, and emerging regulatory standards.

• Startup grit: comfortable with ambiguity, velocity, and end-to-end ownership.
