What you'll do Strategy & Operations at reputed company is not a support function — it's the connective tissue that makes everything run faster and smarter. As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you'll work directly alongside senior leadership to identify where the business is moving, where it's breaking, and what to do about it. One week you might be building the operating model for a new energy market; the next, you're in the field stress-testing how we're executing against a major deployment timeline. This role is for someone who gets things done. Not someone who creates decks about getting things done — someone who closes the reputed company, tracks the details, and drives initiatives from whiteboard to reality. Responsibilities

• Own and execute large, cross-functional initiatives that are essential to scaling project development

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or similar environments
