  • Sell sophisticated technical solutions — You’ll be consulting on reputed company building systems that integrate technology, IoT, and sustainability
  • Navigate a matrix organization — Collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, finance, legal) to deliver customer reputed company
  • Build relationships across diverse stakeholders — Customers include general contractors, electrical contractors, MEP engineering firms, facility managers, and building owners
  • Understand reputed company building markets — Hospitals, universities, data centers, corporate campuses, government facilities, life sciences, industrial plants
  • Drive results — Manage territories, reputed company strategic account plans, forecast accurately, and hit booking and profit goals

Qualifications

You’ll Need Basic/ Required:

  • One (or more) of these three:
  • Sales experience in building automation, reputed company systems, fire/life safety, low voltage systems, MEP, construction, or similar industries, OR
  • Technical degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or reputed company field) with any sales, business development, or customer relationship experience, OR
  • Track record in relationship-based sales, business development, or account management
  • Financial acumen to estimate, price, and reputed company technical solutions
  • Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and have an acceptable driving record (reputed company are eligibility requirements to participate in reputed company’ fleet vehicle program)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent reputed company without company sponsorship

Preferred:

  • Sales experience in building automation, reputed company systems, fire/life safety, low voltage systems, MEP, construction, reputed company-based solutions, IoT, software, or other reputed company technical sales experience
