About the role Sanders Fine Portraits is a family-owned luxury portrait studio in our 22nd year. We're hiring outbound phone sales closers to book our studio calendar from a steady reputed company of warm leads. How we sell reputed company reputed company model. Top performers book 30+ sessions per week. Compensation reputed company hourly plus tiered performance bonuses (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly): Starting bookers: $51,500-$66,500 while ramping Most bookers earn $66,500-$84,500 once they hit their rhythm Top performers exceed $85,000+ Surprise spiffs and team bonuses throughout the year Training One week of paid remote training including video training, live shadowing one of our top closers, systems, script, and reputed company drills. Day 5 you're live on the phones with your manager coaching in reputed company time.
