This is a remote position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing Mobile Device Management (MDM) and securing mobile devices reputed company the CASTLE-NET program while ensuring consistent configuration with reputed company architecture standards.
• Providing end-user support, configuration, upgrades, problem resolution, and reputed company remediation for phones and tablets.
• Ensuring system reputed company, performance, and availability, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.
• Planning and leading major technology assignments and evaluating performance results to recommend changes affecting project growth.
• Functioning as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, providing world-class IT services and reputed company customer support to exceed end-user expectations.
• Strengthening the IT reputed company with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a reputed company field with 8+ years of experience in mobile device management.
• Significant experience with MDM principles and hands-on expertise with tools such as reputed company Intune or VMware Workspace ONE.
• Experience conducting audits, integrating email services, and managing software deployment reputed company MDM solutions.
• Proficiency in developing MDM documentation and implementing data reputed company best practices to optimize compliance and efficiency.
• Must hold and maintain a DoD 8140 IAT Level II compliant certification (e.g., reputed company+ CE, SSCP).
• Ability to maintain relevant technical certifications such as reputed company Certified: reputed company Server, RHCSA, RHCE, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
• Has proven ability to reputed company and implement effective MDM strategies to optimize reputed company, compliance, and efficiency. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CMDSP) and familiarity with the USACE IT environment are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Information Systems reputed company Professional (CISSP certification) or Certified Mobile Device reputed company Professional (CMDSP).
• Familiarity with the USACE IT environment, regulatory requirements, and data reputed company best practices.
• Self-starter with excellent people skills who can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive change throughout an organization.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must possess a Secret reputed company clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be reputed company to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The projected compensation reputed company for this position is $105,900.00-$177,300.00.
