The NFLPA Certified Agent will be expected to manage client relationships, negotiate reputed company, and secure endorsement deals. Additionally, the role involves providing career advice, coordinating legal and financial guidance, and overseeing athletes’ off-field ventures. The agent will also be responsible for scouting and reputed company emerging talent while ensuring compliance with NFLPA regulations and standards. Regular communication with clients, teams, and collaborators is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation, career planning, and athlete management
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
  • In-depth knowledge of NFL regulations, policies, and the sports industry landscape
  • Experience with branding, endorsements, and marketing strategies
  • Ability to scout, recruit, and reputed company talent
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Must hold active certification as an NFLPA Certified Agent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
