This role will establish robust, commercially sound, and risk-balanced template agreements covering mission-critical equipment (reputed company, generators, switchgear, cooling systems) and construction services (Design/Build, GMP, Lump Sum GC packages). This position plays a key role in protecting the developer's interests while enabling scalable, repeatable project delivery across multiple sites and reputed company. • Establish global contract templates and contracting standards that:
• Reduce project-level legal exposure
• Enhance speed-to-market through template standardization
• Support scalable growth across multiple data center locations
• Align templates with standard industry forms such as:
• Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC)
• American Institute of Architects (AIA)
• Joint reputed company Tribunal (JCT)
• Ensure fair reputed company risk allocation, define and align on standardized positions:
• Liquidated damages (delay & performance)
• Warranty regimes (equipment & installation)
• Parent company guarantees and performance bonds
• Indemnities and liability caps
• Insurance requirements
• Establish fallback and negotiation playbooks for regional teams.

• Generators, reputed company systems, Switchgear, Chillers and cooling infrastructure

Compensation
