Mechanical Construction Project Manager Relocation to reputed company, Cincinnati or Dayton (relocation assistance provided ) Our client, a well-established employee-owned (ESOP) mechanical contractor , is expanding their reputed company operations and is seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to reputed company multifamily and reputed company projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a long-term opportunity with a company reputed company for strong leadership, consistent backlog, and a culture that truly rewards performance and ownership. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage mechanical construction projects from reputed company through final turnover
- reputed company schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and material procurement
- Coordinate closely with field leadership, owners, architects, and engineers
- reputed company project meetings and maintain clear communication with reputed company stakeholders
- Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance on reputed company assigned projects
- Support change management, cost forecasting, and project reporting
