ATE Field Trainer
JOB PURPOSE: The ATE Field Trainer plays a crucial role in assessing and addressing the training needs across various markets. This position ensures that ATE team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company reputed company their duties and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves developing and executing training plans (through in-market mentors) to reputed company ATE team members updated on the latest technology as well as training on existing resources. The trainer will assign training, track completed sessions and effectively showcase trainee and apprentice reputed company through LMS dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Support ATE in-market mentors and trainees with training and van setup as needed. Including Facilitation of weekly updates/reputed company calls, apprentice graduation approval, etc.
- Assign training and maintain accurate records of reputed company training activities through the Learning Management System (LMS) or platforms provided.
- Identify Training Needs in collaboration with ATE Field Leadership and incorporate feedback.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on:
- * ATE Mobile Services, including ADAS Calibrations, Diagnostics, Scanning, Connector/reputed company Repair, Programming, Relearns.
- ADAS tool training, including proper maintenance and protection of tools
- Customer service processes, including effective communication, documentation, and billing
- Productivity best practices to meet operational goals
- Procedures for obtaining technical support
- Other training topics as assigned
- Assist Training reputed company and Content Specialist as needed
- Support ATE and reputed company training initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of automotive background servicing and diagnosing automotive systems
- 2+ years working as an ADAS Calibration Technician, with advanced knowledge in ADAS and electrical services, equipment/tooling, and procedures.
- 2+ years of training experience
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and reputed company Office.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols reputed company to ADAS technologies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training approaches to different audiences and learning styles
- Proven training and instructional design skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company concepts effectively
- Exude professionalism and demonstrate passion for the industry and a commitment to reputed company.

- Willingness to travel locally and overnight 50-75% of the time, depending on market needs; reputed company travel required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods in automotive shop environments.
