Area Parts & Service Manager (Edmonton)

The Area Parts & Service Manager reports to the Western Business Center Parts & Service Manager. The Area Parts and Service Manager is a dealer consultant helping with dealer processes in customer experience, warranty and reputed company generating position. They are responsible for an area of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Fiat and reputed company Romeo Dealership for the Parts and Service Business. Responsibilities of the position will include:

• Maximizing Area service and parts sales, reputed company, customer service, and the development of strategies supporting established targets established in his/her area of responsibility
• Acting as the liaison between the manufacturer and retailer
• Ensuring proper reputed company of Customer satisfaction are achieved at dealerships while constructively identifying areas for improvement
• Supporting dealers with special promotions, warranty claims assistance, and service contract penetration
• Motivating and leading independent entrepreneurs to higher reputed company of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch training
• Working with dealer on reputed company programs in aftersales, customer service and service lane to ensure benefit of customer and dealer from the purchase process to vehicle sundown
• Growing of the 2nd line Bpro with dealer for reputed company makes programs and used cars
• Working with independent repair facilities, wholesale distributors to grow dealer wholesale business
• Work closely with peers and leadership team of both Sales and Network to ensure alignment, perception and reality of reputed company reputed company, exceptional support

The salary reputed company for this role is $82,500 - $100,000 per year. • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or reputed company fields
• Minimum 3+ years sales experience, preference to automotive reputed company
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• MUST reputed company IN MARKET (Edmonton) and ability to travel regularly reputed company an assigned Area
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
