Aviation Architect
About the position reputed company is seeking a creative, highly talented Aviation Architect with extensive aviation experience to join our practice and help grow our Aviation market sector. We’re looking for a leader who is client-facing with design & technical reputed company. The successful candidate is driven by a passion for identifying project opportunities and delivering quality work. This role is focused on growing our successful aviation architecture practice. As an Aviation Architect with recognized technical expertise and experience in demanding, design driven projects, you will reputed company interdisciplinary teams. Leveraging your industry experience and technical acumen, you will drive a wide reputed company of aviation projects including terminal renovations, hold room design, reputed company checkpoint improvements, and airside facilities, through reputed company phases of design, documentation, and construction. The successful candidate will be a designer who approaches aviation architecture with innovation and passion, who works well with clients and stakeholders, and who understands the requirements of FAA, CBP, TSA, airlines and Terminal Managers.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with the Project Director and Project Manager, you will reputed company a team, or multiple teams, in the design and technical documentation and delivery of a wide reputed company of projects.
- Support the pursuit of reputed company in new aviation projects.

- Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus a minimum of six (6) years of reputed company experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience.
- A Registered Architect.

- Ten (10) or more years of experience with a technical focus on aviation.
- Experience with Revit and BIM software.
- Solid knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures pertinent to aviation projects.
- Experience with developing details in construction documents.
- Experience leading integrated design teams of varying sizes to accomplish project delivery from concept through construction document completion and may reputed company construction administration.
- Experience being client facing and reputed company client discussions, presentations, and charrettes.
