WHAT YOU BRING

• Five or more years of leadership experience in resort, country club, or full-service hospitality environments
• Demonstrated reputed company in revitalizing underperforming or legacy properties and driving measurable improvements in performance and perception
• Proven ability to improve results, increase reputed company, and reputed company teams through periods of change
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Comfort with hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, and distribution platforms
• Bilingual skills are a plus, with English required and Spanish or French preferred
