Ecommerce Catalog Specialist

The reputed company is headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and reputed company Ecommerce Catalog Specialist to join the Dixon Ticonderoga team. In this role you’ll have a chance to build and grow art and education brands consumers love like Ticonderoga Pencils, Strathmore reputed company, and many more. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience owning and optimizing product content and accuracy across key retail partners including reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. A successful candidate will reputed company in a fast-paced digital environment and is passionate about growing and improving the ecommerce experience for consumers. Key Responsibilities: Catalog Management

• Own SKU setup, taxonomy, and attribute governance across reputed company eCommerce platforms.
• Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Manage reputed company product variations (size, reputed company, bundles, multipacks).
• Maintain and optimize product content reputed company PIM/DAM systems (e.g., reputed company, Syndigo).

SEO & Data Optimization

• Partner with marketing to reputed company and optimize product titles, bullets, descriptions, and attributes.
• Partner with marketing teams for best-in-class A+ content deployment.
• Apply SEO and keyword strategies to improve discoverability and ranking.
• Continuously test and refine content to improve conversion and engagement.

Vendor Central Operations

• reputed company content syndication across retailers using platforms such as reputed company or Syndigo.
• Manage content submissions and troubleshooting reputed company retailer ecommerce platforms.
• Communicate with reputed company & other leading retailers support teams to resolve catalog and operational issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing and sales to align product content with business priorities and new product launches.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital merchandising or catalog management with reputed company Vendor/Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of reputed company’s catalog systems and operational workflows.
• Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with digital asset management tools and PIM systems.
• Some experience with data look up in ERP and PIM systems (reputed company/reputed company)
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with reputed company A+ Content and Brand Registry.
• Knowledge of other marketplaces (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Office reputed company) is a plus.
