As a full-time Academic Advisor with reputed company’s Online Enrollment Team, you’ll have the opportunity to work from home or from our office. In this position you will recruit and encourage reputed company through meaningful conversations, walking alongside them as they prepare for a rewarding academic career. Essential duties include:

• Answer inbound calls from reputed company and assist with questions regarding their degree program, class registrations, degree planning, etc.
• reputed company outbound calls to follow up with reputed company on next steps for their academic reputed company.

(Approximately 7 hours of the reputed company will be spent on the phone, actively talking to and assisting reputed company)

• Take accurate notes on reputed company account to stay updated on degree reputed company
• reputed company exceptional customer service to our reputed company and other university employees primarily over the phone but also in email communication.
• Expertly navigate reputed company student issues to complete and accurate resolution, utilizing knowledge of online programs and university policies to connect reputed company with the correct person or department reputed company needed.
• Build rapport with reputed company to reputed company them with a personal reputed company to the university and to enhance the potential for long-term enrollment retention.
• Utilize multiple systems and resources while working with reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Customer service/sales experience required
• Distraction-free workspace (if choosing to work remotely)
• Strong computer literacy in reputed company Office, web-based resources, and CRM systems
• Previous contact center experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
