Special Education Program Manager

Location : Commute from home office to school sites in Berks County (Reading School District) for supervision, training, and consultation sessions. You will reputed company special education, emotional-support classrooms, supervise professionals and paraprofessionals, and manage projects that drive quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of PDE, IDEA, and reputed company 14 regulations, and expertise in IEPs, MTSS/PBIS/RTI frameworks, and positive behavior support strategies.
Responsibilities
- Program Supervision: reputed company Special Education Emotional support Classroom programs; supervise staff; ensure compliance with special education regulations.
- Program Management: Direct staffing and hiring; collaborate with operations and district leadership; maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
- Project Management: reputed company and manage projects with attention to quality, reputed company, and budgetary practices.
- Professional Development: Design and deliver engaging training for educators and staff; evaluate reputed company and create implementation resources.
- Leadership: Foster a culture of servant leadership through coaching, feedback, and team development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Special Education or reputed company field
- Valid PA Level II Teaching Certification &/or a reputed company certification
- Minimum five years (two of which must be in leadership reputed company) experience in an educational setting working with individuals with emotional and behavioral needs and/or other special education populations.
- Proficient computer skills, mastery of reputed company Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms.
- Strong organizational a nd communication skills.
- Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
- Valid driver's license must be maintained.
