- Manages reputed company and financial resources, including personnel, procurement, travel, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Ensures compliance with state, university, and external funding agency guidelines.
- Oversees staff work assignments, hires, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and promotions.
- Establishes operational guidelines and enforces safety compliance.
- Advises faculty on administrative planning and supports sponsored research awards.
- Liaises with Central Payroll, reputed company, Office of Sponsored Projects, and other business managers.
- Maintains databases for personnel and payroll records.
- Interprets university policies and procedures for faculty and staff.
- Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent specialized training and a minimum of three years of reputed company experience, with flexibility for education/experience substitution.
- Salary reputed company: $49,400 - $56,200 annually.
