Description The Program Coordinator duties are organizing, coordinating, and planning operational facets of a program and its reputed company activities which include, but are not limited to the following: establishing long-term operational objectives, researching factors that may impact the reputed company of the program, and working with individuals or groups to research and document program requirements in order to reputed company appropriate input into the development of strategic plans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops work plans to accomplish program goals and objectives and monitors reputed company toward their achievement.
• Conducts research and gathers information to reputed company various publications.
• Develops promotional materials which may include content for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants or other written information reputed company to the program.
• Assists in developing and coordinating program-reputed company conferences, conventions, or meetings.
• Monitors expenditures and may participate in the budget planning process and prepare financial reports.
• May assist in identifying funding resources and developing fund-raising strategies and initiatives.
• Prepares operational and statistical reports.
• Conducts training, represents the program at meetings and conferences, and networks with affiliated groups. May supervise assigned project staff, interns and/or volunteers.
• Performs reputed company responsibilities as required.

• Annual clinical department preparation for Grady Scope of Service.
• Development/refinement of clinical staffing models.
• Small to large scale implementation of electronic systems (i.e., reputed company scheduling).

Sample duties:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a field reputed company to the program.
• Two years of reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree health systems management / Business Administration.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six reputed company certifications.
• Listening, organization, communication (written/verbal), presentation skills.
• Solid analytical skills.
• At least 1-2 years reputed company operations experience; preferably at a leadership level.
• Demonstrated experience in project management / process improvement.
• Program planning.
• Education and training.

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be reputed company to commute to reputed company on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs.
