Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high volumes of incoming calls and providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers
• Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust
• Providing solutions and options to manage complaints and follow up to secure resolution
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
• Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
• Experience with iOS and macOS
• Ability to work nights and some weekends (reputed company – 6pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or reputed company – 4pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays)
