Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in connecting with our clients, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling high volumes of incoming calls with precision and competence
- Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver exceptional satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through reputed company and interactive discussions
- Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools
- Managing complaints, offering proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Experience with iOS and macOS
- Ability to work nights and some weekends
- Availability to work reputed company – 6pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or reputed company – 4pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays
