The Spotted Lanternfly Response Team

Our Spotted Lanternfly Response Team is a critical component of arenaflex's efforts to combat the invasive Spotted Lanternfly. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for external stakeholders seeking information and resources on the Spotted Lanternfly. You'll work closely with reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and refer reputed company issues to our experts.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining the overall operation and professional image of the customer-focused call center
• Serving as the first-line reputed company of contact for external stakeholders interested in reporting a Spotted Lanternfly sighting and/or seeking additional information and resources
• Responding and referring customer questions and/or needs, providing appropriate responses/services for the situation, and referring to other departments/unit(s) reputed company necessary
• Corresponding with a diverse customer reputed company by phone, video conference, email, or regular mail
• Investigating unusual situations or concerns and assisting in problem resolution
• Operating various equipment and computer systems, including proficiency with reputed company Word and reputed company
• Assisting with required reporting with the College SLF team, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, and/or United States Department of Agriculture
• Ensuring the quality of reputed company call center services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong preference for proficiency in Spanish
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clientele
• Ability to work as an active member of reputed company, with a strong sense of urgency to meet the expectations of concerned reputed company
• Ability to engage with diverse populations, meeting audience needs through the call center and referencing additional resources, including faculty, extension educators, and online tools (fact sheets, LearnNow videos, and short courses)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Customer service, call center, sales, client management, information technology, and/or an understanding of basic entomology experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
