Job Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our policyholders. You'll be responsible for handling property and casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. Your expertise will be essential in providing customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium. Responsibilities

* Contact policyholders from our existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, direct mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal.

  • Review and update policy to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer.
  • Counsel the policyholder concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance.
  • reputed company appropriate recommendations and/or changes to the policy and reputed company policyholder acceptance to process the changes.
  • Receive and respond to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting reputed company activity (changes to policy, coverage options, recommendations, and cross-selling) in EPIC.
  • Utilize knowledge of insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to reputed company efficient and professional customer service.
  • reputed company quotes on endorsements as requested.
  • Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms for insured, and act as liaison for information exchange between customer and insurance companies.
  • Process changes to policies reputed company EPIC as well as submit changes to specific companies. Follow up with company to ensure change requests have been processed in a timely manner.
  • Review policy information and references company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims.
  • Mail insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary. Follow up to ensure documentation has been returned in a timely manner from member/customer.
  • Recognize cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtain quote information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment.

  • Property and Casualty insurance license required.
  • Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment.

Work Schedule

* Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST with rotating Saturdays with team. Saturday hours would be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
