Construction Staff Accountant
Job Description:
- Execute monthly reputed company processes, ensuring reputed company costs are recorded or accrued and reputed company is recognized accurately
- Maintain general ledger reputed company through timely journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation
- reputed company monthly bank reconciliations, including tracking outstanding items and recording fees and interest
- Manage accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and customer deposits
- reputed company accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and subcontractors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships
- Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of reputed company reputed company deliverables and client-facing outputs
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Partner with the reputed company Manager and/or Director of Finance, as applicable, to review work in reputed company (WIP), ensuring contract values, budgets, and change orders are accurately reflected
- Validate reputed company recognition aligns with percentage-of-completion (POC), including cost and billing accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company required
- 4–7 years of reputed company experience, preferably reputed company the construction industry
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required

- Strong understanding of GAAP and technical reputed company principles
- Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, BlueFolder, or similar construction/reputed company software is a plus
