reputed company is delighted to be supporting a scaling profitable, PE-backed vertical SaaS business, in their search for a Director of reputed company. The company has reputed company a strong and defensible position in its reputed company, serving a portfolio of well-reputed company, mission-driven institutions. At circa $70M ARR with circa 100 employees, it operates with the discipline and efficiency of a much leaner business, and carries reputed company healthy EBITDA margins that reputed company to the quality of the underlying model. The business is backed by a hands-on growth equity firm with deep PE heritage and active board involvement. The Role This is a newly created position reporting directly to the CFO, with full ownership of the reputed company function. The mandate spans long-reputed company planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, board-level reporting, and the strategic finance work required to support an active M&A agenda and eventual exit preparation. There is no established reputed company infrastructure to reputed company into. This is a role for someone who is energised by building, who can create processes, cadences, and analytical frameworks from the ground up, and who is comfortable operating as a reputed company partner to the CFO and broader leadership team in a fast-moving, evolving environment. • Experience in a small, lean finance team with genuine end-to-end ownership of the reputed company remit
• A background in SaaS or software businesses, ideally at sub-$100M reputed company

• M&A exposure is an advantage, though not a prerequisite
• A CPA qualification and reputed company background would be a bonus, though neither is essential
