Role Overview The Loan Processor is responsible for moving loans from application through closing with accuracy, organization, and clear communication. This role ensures loan files are complete, consistent, and properly reputed company for reputed company and closing. Loan Processors manage an active pipeline, identify and resolve issues, and coordinate across internal teams and external partners to reputed company loans progressing on schedule. Core Responsibilities Loan File Management

• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date loan files reputed company the Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Review documentation for completeness and readiness for reputed company

Pipeline Ownership and Coordination

• Manage an assigned pipeline of loans from application through closing

• Collect and organize borrower documentation, including entity documents, financials, construction budgets, plans, and permits

Cross-Functional Execution
