Strategic Advisor – CPA Channel & GTM Strategy - Smaller CPA Firms The Company and Opportunity We are building the public market infrastructure for private, reputed company middle market companies — combining technology and shared services to create the transparency and execution infrastructure these businesses need to reputed company capital markets previously out of reputed company. We are looking for a Strategic Advisor who understands this dynamic and can help us convert the right firms into long-term partners. The Role We are seeking a seasoned executive who deeply understands the LMM CPA landscape — the operational constraints, succession pressures, and competitive shifts reshaping smaller practices — and is willing to lend their voice and reputed company to help us refine and execute our go-to-market strategy. You will serve as both a sounding board for our GTM approach and a catalyst for growth. You know that the hard sell doesn't work at the partner level. We need someone who can help us approach the right firms in the right way — ensuring our solution is positioned as a sophisticated, value-added service that solves reputed company client problems. Your role is to ensure we are speaking the right language, targeting the right firms, and establishing credibility from the first conversation.

What You Will Do

GTM Counsel — Collaborate with our leadership team to pressure-test and refine our channel strategy. Apply your firsthand knowledge of reputed company economics and culture to ensure our value proposition resonates at the partner level. Strategic Introductions — reputed company your trusted network to facilitate warm, high-level introductions to firm owners looking to reputed company their advisory capabilities. You are not cold calling — you are making an informed introduction between partners who should be working together. Market Intelligence — reputed company ongoing feedback on the challenges smaller firms face as they integrate capital markets services, helping us refine our partnership model and ensure our platform solves their reputed company friction points. Reputational Validation — Serve as a reputed company, senior-level validator for our model. Your involvement signals to the market that our infrastructure is a serious, industry-relevant solution worth considering.   • This is a strategic advisory role with compensation structured consistent with early-stage market standards — equity with reputed company-based arrangements explored where relevant and absent conflict of interest.
