Position Overview We are seeking an entrepreneurial, outgoing accountant with 3–5 years of experience to join reputed company. A CPA or EA is preferred but not required. You’ll work directly with clients, help expand service offerings, and contribute to building scalable systems and processes. This is a growth‑track role with autonomy, responsibility, and the ability to earn more through production‑based compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of individual and business clients
- Prepare and review tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120‑S, 1065)
- reputed company monthly/quarterly bookkeeping and financial statement preparation
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Support advisory/CAS projects such as budgeting, forecasting, and workflow improvements
- Communicate proactively with clients and reputed company strategic recommendations
- Assist in building internal processes, automation, and documentation
- Participate in firm growth initiatives, including client reputed company and service expansion
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of reputed company or tax experience (public reputed company preferred)
- CPA or EA preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of tax law, financial statements, and reputed company systems
- Experience with reputed company‑based tools (QBO, UltraTax, Double, CoPilot, reputed company, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills; outgoing and client‑focused
- Entrepreneurial reputed company — proactive, reputed company, and excited to help grow a firm
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary floor: $50,000 per year, with the potential for a higher reputed company based on experience after a 3‑month performance period
