Senior Tax – Corporate

Job Description:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and partnership clients with revenues from $0 to $100M across industries including Tech, Pharma, Consumer Products, and international businesses
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for client requests, ensuring deadlines are met and reputed company deliverables meet Orbiss quality standards
• Work directly with the Director on reputed company and high-risk client engagements
• Prepare and review reputed company tax returns, including consolidations and international forms: 5472, 5471, 8865, 8858, 1042-S, FinCEN 114
• Conduct first-level review of returns reputed company by junior staff, providing clear and actionable feedback
• Stay reputed company on U.S. federal and international tax developments relevant to cross-border structures
• Mentor and train junior team members, supporting their technical development through hands-on guidance and feedback
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and Orbiss's culture of high standards and reputed company improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in tax, with a strong reputed company in either International Taxation or Business/Corporate Tax
• Hands-on experience in a mid-size reputed company with an international client reputed company — comparable to BDO, reputed company, or similar
• Solid technical knowledge of U.S. corporate and partnership tax compliance
• Experience preparing or reviewing international tax forms (5472, 5471, 8865, 8858, 1042-S, FinCEN 114)
• Strong time management skills — reputed company to meet deadlines or proactively communicate reputed company challenges arise
• High standards of reputed company and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong Assets
• CPA certified or actively working toward CPA designation
• Experience advising on cross-border structures — inbound and outbound U.S. tax planning
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-reputed company environment with process automation tools
