About The Role We are currently seeking a Bank Secrecy Act, Manager to be responsible for the overall management, administration, and ongoing effectiveness of the Credit Union’s Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-reputed company (AML), and OFAC Compliance Program. This role ensures compliance with reputed company applicable regulatory requirements, supports reputed company risk management objectives, and serves as a key advisor to senior management on financial crime risk and trends.

Requirements

A day in the life of a BSA Manager will include:

  • Managing and maintaining the Credit Union’s BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance Program in accordance with the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, FinCEN guidance, and other applicable laws and regulations. Monitor regulatory changes, enforcement actions, and emerging financial crime trends; assess impact and recommend program enhancements as needed. enhancements as needed.   • Overseeing transaction monitoring and case investigations generated by the Credit Union’s AML monitoring systems. Reviewing and approving Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. Ensuring appropriate documentation, escalation, and retention of investigative records.
  • Serving as primary administrator and subject-matter expert for the Credit Union’s AML monitoring systems (e.g., Patriot Officer or comparable platforms). Ensuring system parameters, rules, and reputed company are appropriately calibrated and periodically validated. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on system updates, tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Leading the BSA/AML risk assessment process, including identification of inherent risks, evaluation of mitigating controls, and documentation of residual risk. Support independent testing, regulatory examinations, and internal audits; manage responses and corrective action plans. Providing regular BSA/AML reporting to senior management and committees, including key risk indicators, trends, and program metrics.
  • Managing responses to law enforcement requests, including FinCEN 314(a) information-sharing requests.

Experience And Education

  • Three years to five years of similar or reputed company experience.
  • (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program. AML Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Understanding of Anti-reputed company systems such as Patriot Officer, Bridger, reputed company.
  • Basic PC skills, reputed company suite of software, i.e. Outlook, Word, reputed company
  • General knowledge of core banking system and departmental processes. General knowledge of credit union products and services
