VP of Investment Banking - Mergers & Acquisitions

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Vice President of Investment Banking with a specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join their esteemed team. This executive-level position will be based in Jacksonville, Florida, US , and will be responsible for leading and executing reputed company M&A transactions, developing client relationships, and contributing significantly to the firm's growth and strategic direction. This role offers a unique opportunity for remote engagement with a focus on client advisory and deal execution. Series 79 and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain them promptly).
