Job Description
- Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices in compliance with legal department guidelines.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure accurate billing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update billing records and client information in the system.
- Generate and distribute billing reports to relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Assist with month-end and year-end billing processes to meet deadlines.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding billing and payment reputed company.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures reputed company to billing practices.
- Support the legal department with additional administrative tasks as required.
