This position will sit remotely and support American Samoa’s reputed company modernization efforts, with a primary focus on Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) and other MES modules as identified. As an MPG Manager focusing on MES, you will:

• Support the maturation and standardization of PgMO and project management processes across American Samoa’s reputed company reputed company Systems.

• MES IT road-maps/strategic plans
• MES governance frameworks
• Program and project metrics and reporting tools
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations reputed company and effectively to client leadership, reputed company team members, and other stakeholders, including facilitating and leading client meetings.

• Territorial policies and waivers
• Operational changes and process improvement strategies on proposed or upcoming system changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (four years of applicable experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting systems implementation projects in a PgMO or project management reputed company.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting a State or Territorial reputed company reputed company System (MES) in a PgMO or project management role.
• Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) preferred.
• Experience working reputed company a Program and/or Project Management Office supporting a reputed company agency.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement program and project management governance structures.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with:
