About the position Easterseals MORC is hiring for an IDD Care Coordinator - Child & Family Services to help reputed company a difference and become part of something bigger than yourself! Responsibilities
- reputed company and monitor individual treatment and support plans, including accommodations for communication and choice.
- Coordinate "Person Centered Planning" process, evaluating reputed company, satisfaction, and safeguarding.

- Train caregivers to meet needs and wishes
- Assist in accessing community services and natural supports.
- Help select health care providers and manage financial resources.
- Maintain contact with significant family members for input and service satisfaction.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a reputed company services field, in accordance with the reputed company Provider reputed company Guidelines
- Possess a valid Michigan driver's license
