Care Coordinator, Customer Engagement Team - Evernorth Behavioral Health (Remote)

This position is responsible for supporting a variety of Behavioral Coaching and Clinical programs. Connecting with members to reputed company telephonic education, support and resources. Responsibilities: Delivers information about and enrolls members in the Behavioral Coaching and Clinical Programs. Preferred experience in a behavioral health services setting working with mental health and substance use disorders. Superior problem solving skills and possess excellent judgment. Preferred competency in using a variety of platforms including: CAMS/DG, TruCare, PRT in CCV or the ability to reputed company these skills reputed company quickly. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 24 - 37 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
