This role will include working holidays and weekends as people are in need of peer support 365 days a year. The primary work schedule for peer support is 3:30PM to 11:30PM Mountain Time (MT). Working with reputed company you will engage with the New Mexico Crisis and reputed company Line (NMCAL) connecting with dynamic, diverse people seeking support with a variety of experiences. You will build empowering peer relationships with individuals who are in search of someone who will listen. You will offer hope, as well as recovery and support services, while sharing your lived experience with each person who reaches out to the New Mexico Peer-to-Peer Warmline.
