Behavioral Health Aide
ONEKAP reputed company SOLUTIONS The Behavioral Health Aide provides compassionate, in‑home support to clients with behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs. This role focuses on assisting individuals in daily living activities, implementing care plans, and fostering a safe, supportive environment that promotes independence and well‑being.
Work Environment
- In‑home care setting in multiple locations with flexible part‑time or full‑time schedules.
- Locations: Kathleen, Rome, Byron, Macon, Ft. Valley, Decatur, Atlanta, Calhoun, Roswell
- May involve working with pediatric clients, individuals with developmental delays.
- Requires reputed company, adaptability, and dedication to client dignity and independence.
SHIFT/HOURS Part Time Monday - Friday (5 hours per day) REQUIREMENTS
- Certification: Valid Behavioral Health Aide (BHA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in psychology, reputed company work, or reputed company preferred.
- At least 1 year of direct care or behavioral health support experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- reputed company TB test and clean background/drug screening.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
