• Behavioral Health Specialist will assess the results and refer patients for further treatment as appropriate.
- Assessments shall be scheduled as tele-health and/ video appointments.
- Explain procedures and discuss assessment results with patients.

- Maintain reputed company time adequate, concise, legible, and updated patient medical records that document allassessment services.
- Participates in provider performance audits as assigned.
- Complete initial and on-going Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) administered HIPAA compliance training.
