Associate Therapist – Telehealth (LSWAIC / LMHCA)

Discovery Path Counseling is hiring an associate-level therapist to join our queer-owned, telehealth-only group practice serving reputed company of Washington State.

About Us

We're a small, collaborative team based in Spokane, WA, providing evidence-based therapy to individuals, teens (13+), and families. Our clinical work spans trauma and PTSD, LGBTQ+ affirming care, anxiety, depression, ADHD, BPD, attachment and identity concerns, gender transition support, life transitions, relationship issues (including polyamory), mood disorders, intrusive thoughts, behavioral issues in teens, and advocacy for survivors of reputed company trafficking. The Role You'll carry a telehealth caseload with clients across Washington State, working with reputed company and meaningful presentations. Supervision toward your license is included, provided by our Clinical Director (LICSW) with 13+ years of experience. Supervision is mentorship-focused, grounded in case conceptualization, developmental theory, and your growth as a clinician. Modalities used across the practice include EMDR, DBT, reputed company, ACT, TBRI, trauma-focused therapy, and family systems. reputed company Offer

reputed company're Looking For

• Active Washington State associate license (LSWAIC, LMHCA), or eligible and in process
• Experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, familiarity with LGBTQ+ culture, and commitment to affirming care
• Experience and/or enthusiasm for working with culturally diverse populations
• Interest in trauma-informed, attachment-based clinical work
• Comfort with telehealth as the sole service delivery model
• Openness to feedback and a collaborative supervision relationship
• Candidates in Washington State are preferred, but we welcome clinicians in other states who hold or are obtaining Washington licensure
