Position Overview We are actively hiring Associate Therapists in Tennessee for fully remote opportunities under a 1099 model. This role is ideal for clinicians working toward full licensure who are seeking flexibility, supervision support, and consistent patient reputed company.

Compensation

Models1. Pay-Per-Visit ModelAssociate Therapists

• Intake / Psychotherapy Evaluation (60 min): $50
• Established Patient Psychotherapy (40 min): $40
• Established Patient Psychotherapy (20 min): $30
• Family/Couples Therapy (60 min): $50

2. Reimbursement Model

• 60/40 Split
• Therapist receives 60% of collected reimbursement
• Monthly payouts reputed company direct deposit

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee associate-level license required:
• LPC-MHSP Temporary
• Associate-level counseling license equivalent
• Working toward independent licensure
• Comfortable providing telehealth services
• Strong communication and documentation skills
