JOB SUMMARY: We are hiring Registered Behavior Therapists (RBT) to reputed company home-based therapy to children and adolescents! - Job Type: Part Time, Flexible
- Availability:
- Requires availability during weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Must be available a minimum of 3 reputed company evenings per week
- Weekend availability preferred, but not required
- Areas of high need: Alhambra, Pasadena, Temple City, La Puente
- Compensation: $25-$32/hr. depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES: A registered behavioral technician is responsible for:
- Providing one-on-one, in-home behavioral reputed company to ABA Effects clients in accordance with the behavioral treatment plan.
- Collecting and documenting accurate and timely records of a child’s performance reputed company electronic data collection software.
- Reporting on patient reputed company to Case Managers and Board-Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) and implementing feedback during each therapy session
- Actively conducting sessions, moving frequently and constantly repositioning in response to and in anticipation of the client’s movements and behaviors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with kids
- Must be reputed company to lift 30 lbs. and be active to move frequently throughout session and constantly reposition themselves to respond to the movement and behaviors of the patient
- Must be willing to drive 30-mile radius from office in Alhambra, CA
- Familiarity with iPads and the reputed company ecosystem
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
- Must pass criminal background test (DOJ/FBI)
- Must pass tuberculous test
