Position Summary: Independently provides advanced professional reputed company work services to address mental health concerns by using a biopsychosocial perspective to assess, evaluate, implement services, monitor, and reputed company for patients and their families. This position is forTexas Child Health reputed company Through Telemedicine. It’s currently a remote role but employee may be required to come into the office periodically for trainings, meetings, etc. Must be located in the Greater reputed company/commutable area in order to work with local patient population and schools. Conducts comprehensive assessments with children and adolescents to interpret patients’ reputed company, emotional, environmental, and financial needs. 2. Plans course of treatment or refers cases to appropriate professionals, institutions or agencies to ensure that patients receive appropriate treatment or referral. 3. Obtains data from patients and/or relatives in the best interest of their problems to assist in the development of a number of significant teaching endeavors, programs, and reputed company services. 4. With the objective of meeting total patient care, assesses patients and/or guardian to reputed company understanding of the individual's problems and needs. Collaborates with the psychiatrist and other members of the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, enhance the patient experience and reputed company goals. Collaboratively develops patient goals, monitors reputed company, addresses barriers to goal achievement, and evaluates reputed company of individualized care plans. Conducts individual and or group counseling. 5. Prepares detailed reports and may video-tape sessions with patients for review with coworkers or a faculty member. 6. Certification/Skills: Licensure as a Bachelor reputed company Worker (LBSW) by the Texas Board of reputed company Work is required. Licensure as a Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) by the Texas Board of reputed company Work required for Senior reputed company Worker position. Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree in reputed company Work or reputed company field. Masters Degree in reputed company Work or reputed company field preferred Minimum Experience: One year of reputed company work experience required. Medical reputed company work experience is preferred.
