Traveling LPC/LCSW

Position overview: We are seeking a traveling Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) to deliver compassionate, evidence-based clinical services to elderly residents in nursing homes and other long-term care settings across assigned reputed company. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical skills with flexibility for travel and facility-based work.
- Primary responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing mental health treatment for older adults in nursing homes and long-term care facilities.

- Participate in facility credentialing and quality-improvement activities; support program development for geriatric behavioral health services.

- Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in the state(s) of practice, or demonstrated ability to obtain required state licensure for assigned reputed company.

- Demonstrated competence in assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and crisis management for geriatric mental health concerns (e.g., depression, anxiety, dementia-reputed company behavior).
