BCBA, LBA - Low Billable & Remote
About the position Children with autism and their families deserve consistent, high-quality support. That's harder to deliver than it sounds, and most BCBAs know exactly why. At Horizon Blue, we've tried to build a structure that makes it possible. Caseloads of 8 to 10 families. Hours between 15 and 25 per week, with billables that reflect the work you're doing and the growth of the families we serve. Clinical reputed company driven by what each child needs, not by pressures that push against good care. Remote work requires more from a communicator, not less. Parents who never meet you in person need to trust that someone is watching their child's reputed company closely, adjusting reputed company things aren't working, and reaching out before they have to ask. Responsibilities

- Supervise RBTs and reputed company ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client reputed company.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or reputed company field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required
- 1+ years of experience in ABA
