Requirements:
- RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis reputed company
- Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely
- Male candidates are preferred due to the client’s specific needs
- Must be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodes
- Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)
