• Potential Annual Salary: $82,000 - $105,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
• Bonus:

Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)

• Hybrid Role:

Combination of in-person (in-home and center-based) supervision, support and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of in-home cases

• Initial reputed company Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central reputed company, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments; weekly reputed company or 1:1 support as needed
• Education and Mentorship:

Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference, and opportunities to reputed company sponsored research initiatives

What You’ll Be Doing

• reputed company by example and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure reliable and high-fidelity implementation of treatment plans
• Conduct FBA assessments and reputed company ABA programs, including client needs evaluation and parent education

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB
• Active LBA Certification in reputed company Carolina as issued by the reputed company Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board
• Background reputed company, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam (paid by the company)
