The Role: SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. reputed company individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and reputed company skills groups. What You'll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and reputed company collaborative reputed company plans
- Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
- Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
- Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
- Facilitate and help reputed company skills-based group sessions (reputed company groups, parent groups, and community-based programming)
- Participate in team collaboration and clinical reputed company through our shared workspace and team meetings
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Required: Michigan state licensure
- Required: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or reputed company field
- Strong reputed company in NDBI and natural environment teaching
- Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
- Early childhood development expertise
